Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, regards high-quality education as one of the main prerequisites for creation of a powerful State.
A.Yatseniuk delivered a speech to the faculty and students of Odessa I. Mechnykov National University. He expressed his concern with the situation in educational sector, and State personnel policy.
A.Yatseniuk called on the students to take advantage of any opportunity to gain practical experience and study foreign languages.
The Chairnman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine underscored complexity of current situation in Ukraine. However, he expressed optimism, predicting Ukraine´s future.
A.Yatseniuk also presented his book "Bank Secrecy in the Period of Orange Revolution".
